Juan C. Feliciano
Juan has over ten years of experience in providing tax services. He focuses mostly on inbound and outbound US federal and PR income tax advice to local and international clients in the financial services, energy, IT, manufacturing, and tourism industries. Juan works closely with clients in developing tax-efficient structuring strategies, and assists clients in obtaining PR tax incentives as well as representing clients before the Puerto Rico Treasury Department.
He also has considerable experience on international tax engagements in connection with US multinational corporations’ operations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, including cross-border treaty planning, value added tax considerations, transfer pricing issues, corporate reorganizations, structuring, permanent establishment, and tax-efficient lending and cash repatriation.
Prior to establishing JFC Legal LLC, Juan worked at Pietrantoni Mendez & Alvarez LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico and at the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Washington, DC and NYC offices.
